A: May vary by Exsalonce Professional, but in most cases, cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, checks.


Q: What are your prices?

A: Each Professional sets their own prices and are listed under services as you book.


Q: Are children allowed?

A: Yes, but only while receiving services.


Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: We are currently accepting walk-ins, but service is based on availability.  It is highly recommended that all persons schedule an appointment or call in advance to see possible openings.  Be sure to research your desired Exsalonce Professional and their booking options to see openings to avoid missing an opportunity to be serviced.


Q: What are your earliest and latest appointment times?

A: Each Exsalonce Professional has their own schedule in which they see clients.  Specific details can be found under each one's online calendar link.  However, see daily hours of operation for the salon by navigating this page for more information.  


Q: Do we need to come with our hair already shampooed?

A: Hair Exsalonce is a full-service salon and for sanitation purposes along with ensuring the best results for a finished style, your Exsalonce Professional will properly shampoo and condition your hair.  However, if your hair has an abundance of products, tangles, etc., it is best to remove it some prior to your appointment.  Our braiding professionals reserve the right to request your hair be shampooed in advance.
